Implementation Specialist

Location: Calgary, AB

We are looking for an individual to contribute within our team with responsibility for new client implementation and training. The individual will require excellent communication skills and will have contact with external clients. The individual will possess strong analytical skills, persistent problem-solving skills and have the ability to multi-task and respond to day-to-day operational demands.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer facing and operational team members to prepare client data for use in StockVantage's product set
  • Implementation of new clients including:
  • Manipulating customer Excel spreadsheets and importing of data
  • Reconciling, procuring customer sign-off
  • Client training and support
  • On-going definition of processes and procedures
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements both directly and on be-half of clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
  • Working in a startup environment with tight deadlines
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manipulate and convert data using various tools and data formats

Additional Assets:

  • Knowledge of equity based incentive plans and share purchase saving plans a definite advantage
  • Accounting or finance experience
