SAS 70 Type II Report Now Available | March 2008
In case your auditors are asking, StockVantage completed a SAS-70 Type II audit for the period July 1/07 to December 31/07. This report also addresses CICA Section 5900. This type II audit provides a description of StockVantage's internal controls as required by a Type I audit. In addition, detailed testing of controls over a six month period has also been completed.
