Easily create and manage plans and grants with StockVantage’s plan management functionality.
- Select a plan and view all of its high level attributes, including the issue date and the total amount allocated to the plan.
- Review all grants in the plan along with the key details for the grants, including the original granted amount vs. the current outstanding amount.

Slide 7 – Expensing Report
The expensing report captures the end result of StockVantage’s advanced expensing functionality.
- Use expensing functionality to model the fair value, and therefore the expense of awards using Black-Scholes or a binomial lattice model.
- See the fair value or expense per award, along with the amortization of the expense for the reporting period, while also viewing previously amortized expense and expense to be amortized in the future.
